Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves shipping features—someone who can go from understanding a complex requirement to seeing it live in production. You enjoy thinking through both frontend experience and backend logic, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit product and engineering team, helping us build the core of our energy efficiency platform. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, question assumptions, and help shape how new features are built—without overengineering or ignoring the bigger picture.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship end-to-end features on our energy platform—from frontend UI to backend logic.
- Work across the React-based SPA and a Python backend (Flask), integrating with APIs and data sources.
- Understand feature requests deeply, ask the right questions, and contribute to making them better.
- Balance quality vs speed—knowing when to cut corners and when to slow down and do it right.
- Think in edge cases: users don’t always behave perfectly, and neither does data.
- Help improve our deployment velocity while keeping code clean and maintainable.
What you bring
- Strong experience building full-stack features in React and Python—this is your playground.
- A sharp analytical mindset—you can break down specs, spot edge cases, and think like a user and an engineer.
- A bias for action—you love building, shipping, and improving quickly.
- The ability to zoom out and consider technical debt, product fit, and long-term maintainability.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn—you love understanding how things work, even beyond your own lane.
- Clean communication skills—whether in code reviews or product brainstorms.

- Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
