Customer Success Manager

At Enersee, we’re raising the bar with a next-level energy efficiency platform built to cut energy waste across tens of thousands of buildings — fast, intuitive and ridiculously efficient.

Because we believe wasting energy is, well, a waste of energy. Buildings alone are still responsible for 40% of the global energy consumption and a third of greenhouse gas emissions. This brings a tremendous opportunity for global cost and emissions savings. That’s why we built a software platform that is an AI sidekick for energy, facility and sustainability managers to stop buildings from wasting their energy and water.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a curious, data-driven, and business-savvy problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have a strong foundation in energy, data analytics, engineering, or sustainability. Beyond technical skills, you have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to drive customer success and business expansion. You enjoy collaborating with both technical and commercial teams, ensuring that customers see the full value of our platform. Your strong communication skills allow you to explain complex ideas in a way that resonates with both energy managers and executives. What you’ll do

  • Act as the go-to person for customers, proactively addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Visit customers on-site, introduce them to the platform, and analyze their energy data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Support high-stakes enterprise deals by designing ROI calculations that demonstrate the value of our solution and help customers scale from pilot to full rollout.
  • Prepare HubSpot dashboards that track revenue and expansion.
  • Organize detailed customer feedback sessions, translating insights into product improvements and new features.
  • Join the sales team’s weekly meetings and the development team’s daily stand-up, ensuring customer needs and product innovation are always in sync.
  • Write low-code scripts to build custom benchmarking dashboards, helping customers to visualize their energy performance.
  • Identify and implement best practices for scaling customer success in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you bring

A hands-on, go-getter strategist and do-er with:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a tech startup or scaleup.
  • A customer-first mindset—you love solving problems and making customers successful.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and build trust with both energy managers and executives.
  • Fluency in English -plus at least one other major EU language (e.g. Dutch, German or French).
  • Adaptability and resilience—you're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools such as Hubspot, Mixpanel, Intercom and BI dashboard builders.
  • Experience with Python, relational databases and time series databases is a plus.
  • Experience in the Energy Management space (ISO 50001, IPMVP® etc.) is a big plus.

Diploma’s and higher education are one type of proof of a certain capability level of gathering knowledge in a structured manner and test your cognitive skills. But not the only one.
