We are looking for a go-getter Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by leading our expansion into new markets and securing long-term partnerships with large multinational customers—with a positive attitude and relentless grit every single day. Someone with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, who enjoys strategically engaging with top-tier accounts managing extensive real estate portfolios.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement strategic enterprise sales strategies to target multinationals with large, complex real estate portfolios.
- Effectively manage long sales cycles, building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to ensure the long-term satisfaction and growth of your accounts.
- Consistently exceed sales, activity, pipeline, and revenue goals, while managing detailed opportunity tracking in HubSpot.
- Develop a comprehensive approach to maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth from your strategic accounts. This involves working together with Marketing, on a structured approach to demand generation, nurturing relationships, and keeping potential high-value clients engaged.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving predictable revenue growth. Align with Marketing on demand generation, nurture high-value clients, and collaborate with Sales Development to co-sell into larger accounts.
- Create and execute a strategy to generate and close high-value contracts by positioning Enersee as the game-changing software for sustainability and efficiency challenges. This includes identifying pain points within large enterprises, aligning Enersee’s offering with customer objectives, and executing targeted negotiations to secure significant contracts.
What you bring
A hands-on, go-getter strategist and do-er with:
- 2+ years experience in enterprise sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of selling into large enterprise accounts, particularly into real-estate-heavy sectors like retail, offices, hospitals, warehouses and industrial facilities.
- Experience in the Energy Management space (ISO 50001, IPMVP® etc.) is a big plus.
- A hunter mentality with the ability to identify new business opportunities and navigate complex corporate structures.
- Tech-savviness to effectively communicate the power and uniqueness of our advanced AI-driven software to various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English -plus at least one other major EU language (e.g. Dutch, German or French).
Diploma’s and higher education are one type of proof of a certain capability level of gathering knowledge in a structured manner and test your cognitive skills. But not the only one.
